About Our Founder

ElitePro Healthcare Staffing, LLC was founded by a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC, PMHNP-BC) with over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience.

Throughout her career, she has worked in a wide range of settings—including hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation facilities, group homes, outpatient/inpatient behavioral health, operating rooms, school nursing, and both permanent and temporary assignments. This breadth of real-world clinical experience gives her unmatched insight into the challenges faced by both healthcare professionals and the facilities that rely on them.

“I’ve been the overworked floor nurse, the clinician navigating back-to-back patients, all while trying to balance purpose with peace. I created ElitePro to give providers the flexibility, respect, and support we all deserve—because that’s what leads to better patient care.”

As a leader, she leads with empathy, transparency, and high standards. Our founder is committed to building a company culture where healthcare professionals are valued, heard, and empowered—and where staffing partnerships are strategic, sustainable, and centered on quality care.

A strong advocate for diversity and equity in healthcare, she is committed to ensuring that ElitePro reflects the diversity of the communities it serves—both in the professionals it places and the patients they care for. Her long-term vision is to expand ElitePro nationally, raise the standard for ethical staffing, and contribute to a healthier, more resilient healthcare system, from the inside out.

ElitePro Healthcare Staffing, LLC is more than a business—it’s a movement for sustainable healthcare, led by someone who’s lived the struggle and is building the solution, with a commitment to delivering excellence, every single shift.
